Whoa CM, you've sure given it alot of thought. I haven't really and nothing pisses me off because I enjoy hearing other people's view of things and wouldn't think someone was being unpatriotic. Maybe America did go about it wrong in some ways, but I thought their country's leaders were given the warning to give up Bin Laden way back in Sept before we went in there and started retaliating. I feel very sorry for all the innocents over there, but the innocent Americans killed 9/11 are first in my heart and all future victims of terrorism. Violence IS a vicious circle, but it seems to me America did very little up until this point like with the U.S.S. Cole until we were backed into a corner on 9/11.

The IRA are scum and no amount of historical conflict can justify such attrocities on the present population. How would you feel if a member of your family had been killed at Omah or Manchester or any other site of scum IRA bombings.
I would like to think that this so called war on terror would include the IRA among others but we all know that it will stop at Bin Liner.

I should've spotted that this was someone looking to stir things up, it's just that the IRA really make my piss boil. You can't go blowing people up for the crime of being born on the same landmass as some other people who happened to comit some terrible acts, be that 800 or 30 years ago.
I'm not going to say anything more on the subject except that my education is not in question.
