According to the Hollywood reporter and Moviehole, Michael Myers has signed on to portray the title roll in Universals "Cat in the Hat" live action feature film based on the popular childrens book.
Tim Allen is no longer involved with the film as initial rumoures suggested.

I know, I know it's not horror but I thought it was interesting.

It IS interesting. The Seuss world is wacked! Have you seen the Grinch with Carrey yet? I haven't but I'm still looking forward to it someday although it wasn't a huge hit was it? The Cat is much more interesting than the Grinch anyways. And of course Thing 1 and Thing 2 lol.

Carrey was perfect and I laughed my ass off. The makeup in the film would probably scare some kiddies but not us. I would reccomend it to you or anyone else who hasn't seen it. ~~Will~~
