Saw this over there too. My name's no secret. Came up in a trivia thread I think once - middle name is Maxine and I would give up my soul to jump Mel as my favorite character Max, the Road Warrior.

My username was suppose to be Devil but they would'nt let me use that so I put 666 after it and it went through.The reason I chose Devil is because when my temper goes off the handle like you guys probably know,I've been told I have an evil temper that scares people because of my passiveness when I'm talking normally to people.One of my cousins actually told me once that I'm passive-aggresive and then I asked him if he's a pyschiatrist,lol.So I thought who is more evil then the devil and know thats my name.

I picked mine years ago when I first joined up at the old Horrormovies.com site. I had already picked a few names and they were all taken... in frustration I leaned back in my chair and up on a shelf in my office was a copy of Cemetery Man and it occured to me that would be a great name and lucky for me it was available! So I didn't pick the name because I love that movie (but I do) but because it seemed to fit my online persona as well... I'm always lurking around even when you think I'm not, just like a Cemetery watchman. On a side note I go by Cemetery Man on EVERY Board I visit and never change it so if you see a CM lurking around you can be 99.9% sure that it is me.  ~~Will~~ |

hmmm is it Horse or Dirk Diggler?! ...my name is just a nick name my buddies dubbed me back in highschool, it just kinda stuck and i couldnt think of anything else, i just didnt want to use a name from a horror flick |

well im assuming its because my manner towards women or it could have been that i had the playboy bunny sticker on my surfboard...well actually that was after i got the nickname...fuck i cant remember,youd have to ask my friends.

When I was signing up at DD, this is what came to mind, spur of the moment. I've been changing my name on boards to goregirl now, cuz I like it, but i'm not the only goregirl out there, and this still isn't the only name I use.

I've only been to one other site where the name Cemetery Man was taken and I refuse to use any other name, call me anal I guess but I've grown used to the moniker. ;D

British football is riddled with amusing cliches and one such cliche is referring to a player as the boy (insert name). for example, a pundit or manager would say "the boy Owen has done great. He's covered every blade of grass and you can't ask for any more than that"
I'm not a particularly good footballer but I like the cliches so with my name being John Copeland, I call myself theboycopeland on boards and stuff. I use the same name everywhere so I don't forget it.

While we're on the subject of using our names, I'm anal about it too now. I'm not called Max in real life, because I avoid telling people my pansy sounding middle name and it just doesn't fit with my white-collar business working world. I'm a different person in that world, but Max is who I "really" am and I just don't have any interest in coming up with another user name anymore. So if you see a Max on a board that is female, it might be me.
