I still love you too Piz, I saw it because M. Night Shamlingihnsuab (whatever his last name is) was on Tv being interviewed and he said he was influenced by Night of the Living Dead while he was writing the script for Signs.

Yeah Piz, boarding themselves in the house...... Going into the basement...... aahhh...yes. but thats about it. That's about all there was to Night of the Living Dead. Great film but it was basically a bunch of folks under seige. Therefore any film since Night is going to draw comparisons, as Night should draw from early seige films. I think Dog Soldiers is heavily influenced by Night of the Living dead but again, that's probably the siege thing again.

What about Dagon, I just saw it yesterday, and thought there was alot of dead influence in that film as well. Well any kind of zombie movie really, although this was fish people.
